Author Biography
Marcela Demková
Marcela Demková, born in 1982, in the years 2003-2007 she studied at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in
International Territorial Studies. In 2007-2009 she earned her master’s
degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at the University of
International and Public Relations Prague. Since 2002 she works as a
freelance lecturer of English and Spanish. She also worked as a volunteer at
the al-Hikma Institute in Zabadani (Syria) and in the organization Forming
Futures in Cali (Colombia). Currently she is completing her doctoral degree
in International Political Relations at the Jan Masaryk Center for
International Studies at the University of Economics.
