Otakar J. Mika
Otakar J. Mika, born in 1953, he works as a university lecturer at the Faculty of Logistics
and Crisis Management in Uherske Hradiste of Tomas Bata University in
Zlin. He lectures on issues of population protection and related fields with a
focus on chemical safety. He has also been dealing for a long time with the
issues of CBRN terrorism and the protection against it.
