Jan Fluxa
Jan Fluxa born in 1980, he graduated from the Department of Political Science and
European Studies of Palacky University in Olomouc in 2004. Since
September 2015 he is an external Ph.D. student at the Department of
Politics and International Relations of the University of West Bohemia in
Pilsen. He is interested in issues concerning the role of non-state actors in
international relations with a special focus on municipalities, cities and
regions
