Author Biography
Ondřej Svoboda
Ondřej Svoboda, born in 1988, he studied law and international area studies at Charles
University in Prague. Currently, he lectures on public international law at
the Faculty of Law of Charles University as a Ph.D. candidate and serves as
an o!cer at the Unit of International Law of the Ministry of Industry and
Trade of the Czech Republic. His main fields of interest include international
economic law and the European Union’s common commercial policy.
