nar. 1952, absolvent Vojenské akademie v Brně, obor letectví a PVO (1975), desetiletá praxe na stupni útvar-divize, tři roky interní aspirantura, absolvent Akademie obrany ozbrojených sil v Paříži. Dnes je Ředitelem Střediska strategických studii v Bratislavě.
