born 1956, graduated from Kyiv State University. He is currently an employee of the Department of Political Science at the University of Economics. He deals with the issue of decision-making in politics and the history of political theories.

Aleš Lisa:

born 1956, graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. He currently works as an assistant professor at the Department of Political Science at the University of Economics. It deals with the issue of empirical research as well as the theory and practice of conflict management and resolution.
