International Relations and International Law

Abstract

Author, Assoc. JUDr. Ján Azud, DrSc., researcher at the Slovak Academy of Sciences, leading Slovak expert on issues of international law, currently working as a university teacher at the Faculty of Political Sciences and International Relations of the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, in Part I of his work, published as teaching texts, it deals with basic aspects of international relations and international law. An attempt is made to present a picture of the mentioned issue, its development from 1945 to the fall of bipolarity and its subsequent new formation of content, chiefs and tasks until the mid-1990s.
