Abstract

The formation of the world socialist system in the years immediately after the Second World War was one of the defining moments of world development from the point of view of international relations. A number of problems that objectively exist today outside the world socialist system can only be properly understood with a more comprehensive historical view of the individual aspects of the formation of this system.
